E-bike Service Technician (f/m/d)

As an E-bike Service Technician, you will help keep our fleet operating at the highest standards. You will diagnose, repair, test and maintain e-bikes and their components, ensuring that our riders can rely on their vehicles every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing e-bikes and related components

• Troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, controllers and batteries

• Performing maintenance, inspections and quality checks

• Replacing and testing mechanical and electrical parts

• Documenting service and repair activities

• Supporting continuous improvement of workshop processes and technical standards

• Working closely with operations and logistics teams to maximize fleet availability

• Experience in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or another technical field

• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently

• Strong hands-on and practical mindset

• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in e-bikes and battery systems

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
  Nice to have

  • Experience servicing bicycles, e-bikes, scooters or battery-powered devices

  • Technical education or vocational training

  • Basic knowledge of electronics and lithium-ion battery systems

  • Experience working in workshops, maintenance departments or manufacturing environments
